Academic Rewards and Remedial Education Programs
This program focuses on enhancing student performance, confidence, and re-entry into the education system. Key components include: 1. Annual Competitions: Hosting competitions to encourage students to perform well academically, offering special rewards to boost their motivation. A notable example is rewarding 50 students with medals in a Magic Test at Barhari. 2. Remedial & Bridge Programs: Introducing special coaching sessions for students struggling academically to prevent them from falling behind. Bridge programs are also designed to help drop-out students reintegrate into the education system. 3. First-Generation Learner Support: Providing additional educational support and mentoring to children who are the first in their families to attend school.
