Campaign To Save Water in Rural Area
This focused campaign was initiated to address the significant challenge of severe water shortage during the summer season in small rural areas. The crisis directly impacts both human populations and animal life, leading to casualties due to lack of water. The core strategy involved facilitating water harvesting by working on ponds and wells within the targeted areas, allowing them to accumulate rainwater throughout the season. The campaign was successfully executed through a model of financial and on-ground support, notably with big farmers providing financial assistance to small farmers to complete this work. The impact is measured by the provision of water to thousands of animals and birds, alongside substantial benefits for human residents. This project exemplifies a community-driven, sustainable solution to localized environmental and welfare challenges.
