Youth Development (Sports)
FSHF views sports as a crucial role in building confidence, teamwork, and discipline among youth , integrating it into their focus on holistic development. Key activities under this focus area include: 1. Organizing Sports Competitions/Tournaments annually for children and youth to encourage physical fitness and talent development. 2. Providing Skill Training for Young Athletes, where talented players receive training and mentoring to improve their abilities. The 2022-2023 report also mentions an instance of rewarding high-achieving students in an academic "Magic Test" with medals, demonstrating the encouragement of competitive spirit across both academic and sports fields. The overall goal is to engage youth in healthy activities and nurture their potential.
