FSHF Sahara: “Aashray for Generations”
The Fulminare Social Help Foundation (FSHF) is seeking ₹88,50,000 (₹88.5 Lakh) to establish the pilot project for FSHF Sahara: "Aashray for Generations," a transformative model that integrates a modern Orphanage and an Old Age Home under one roof. This initiative is designed to address the emotional void and social exclusion faced by both orphaned children and abandoned elderly individuals, fostering a unique intergenerational family environment built on mutual care and support.
The total budget covers the foundational costs for establishing the initial integrated facility:
Construction & Land Acquisition (₹55 Lakh): Covering land procurement (₹25 Lakh) and the construction of safe, combined living spaces with separate quarters and shared dining/recreational areas.
Empowerment & Education Programs (₹10 Lakh): Dedicated funds for quality education, extracurricular activities (₹2.5 Lakh), and vocational skill development for children (SDG 4).
Elderly Empowerment (SDG 8): The model specifically empowers elderly residents with skill-based earning opportunities (e.g., handicrafts, gardening, mentorship) to restore their financial independence and sense of purpose.
Health & Operations (₹14.5 Lakh): Allocating funds for initial healthcare facilities (₹4.5 Lakh) and first-year operational costs.
FSHF Sahara directly contributes to seven UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 3 (Good Health), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). The project is focused on sustainability by generating revenue from vocational activities performed by the elderly residents and through continuous collaboration with partners (SDG 17). By providing stability, education, and purpose, your support creates a compassionate and inclusive model that can be scaled nationwide.
