Establishing Solar Energy Projects
The Fulminare Social Help Foundation (FSHF) is seeking ₹92,50,000 (₹92.50 Lakh) to launch a critical intervention focused on Affordable and Clean Energy by establishing solar power systems in electricity-deficient villages across India. This project directly addresses the lack of reliable power that limits economic development, education, and healthcare in remote areas.
The 8-month implementation plan includes setting up a complete, sustainable solar ecosystem in target villages:
Solar Panel Array (₹30 Lakh): Procurement and installation of high-efficiency Photovoltaic (PV) solar panels (500kW equivalent).
Battery Storage (₹50 Lakh): Installation of 50 advanced battery storage units to provide continuous power during non-sunny hours, ensuring reliability.
Microgrid Infrastructure (₹10 Lakh): Establishing localized microgrids to ensure the efficient distribution of power within the villages, strengthening local infrastructure (SDG 9).
Community Empowerment (SDG 8): Dedicated budget of ₹2.5 Lakh for Training Programs to empower local residents and technicians to maintain and operate the systems, ensuring long-term sustainability and job creation in the renewable energy sector.
This project is strategically designed for profound social and environmental impact:
Energy Access (SDG 7): Provides reliable and sustainable electricity to 1,000+ households per village, improving living standards and enabling access to modern technology.
Climate Action (SDG 13): Reduces carbon emissions by 1,500 metric tons annually by replacing polluting non-renewable sources (diesel/kerosene) with solar power.
Economic Growth (SDG 1 & 8): Enables local small businesses and agricultural mechanization through reliable power, leading to economic growth and improved livelihoods.
By supporting this initiative, corporate partners directly contribute to India's renewable energy targets and uplift marginalized communities through a sustainable, eco-friendly solution.
