Agricultural Waste Management & Organic Farming Training
This program was launched to equip farmers with practical, sustainable income sources and eco-friendly farming methods. Key activities included conducting 10 workshops across rural Bihar and successfully training 500+ farmers on crucial techniques such as composting and crop residue management. A special focus was placed on hands-on training for mushroom cultivation using agricultural waste, which is a low-investment, high-return method. This initiative directly aligns with SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and has demonstrably reduced stubble burning.
