Skill Development Training to Youth (Computer Education)
This is a major ongoing project run by FSHF to address the gap between basic education and industry demands. The foundation runs a computer institute for needy youths , offering training in critical skills for employment in sectors like hardware, software, electric, or electronics. Specific courses provided include Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Tally Erp 9, and DTP. Since its inception, the center has provided free basic computer education to eighty youths (boys and girls), and this continues actively. This initiative combats the lack of awareness about digital education in rural areas and prepares youth for a competitive job environment.
