Frequently Asked Questions

FSH Foundation evaluates all applications based on experience fit, thematic skill requirements, and compliance background checks. The process includes a screening call, review of past coordinates, and signing the Safeguarding manual. Selection is not guaranteed.

Volunteer roles are generally unpaid and self-funded. For specific field placements requiring intensive travel, local logistical allowances may be confirmed in writing by the supervising project head prior to implementation.

Yes. FSH Foundation India issues formal internship and volunteer certificates upon successful milestone completion, submission of program logs, and signing off by the regional program manager.

Job roles follow statutory regional rules. Volunteer commitments are highly flexible, ranging from 4-8 hours a week. Regular internships require a minimum of 20-30 hours a week for a duration of 8 to 12 weeks.

We support both. Academic research, coding development, translation, and media coordinates can be completed remotely. Field volunteering (smart school coordination, animal welfare help, checks tracking) requires physical presence.
