At least 15% of all reported outputs are subjected to randomized spot-checks by independent third-party auditors. Financial metrics are cross-referenced with audited statements and bank disbursements.

If an error is discovered in published data, we adhere to a strict correction policy. The revised data is published immediately with a transparent change-log detailing the nature of the error and the corrective action taken.

All public evidence is anonymized to protect beneficiary privacy. Consent forms are mandatory for all media. Personal identifiable information (PII) is securely stored offline and never exposed in the public evidence archive.
