Code of Conduct
Adhere to strict non-discrimination protocols, respect community traditions, and act with integrity. Zero tolerance for political lobbying, substance misuse, or commercial transactions on behalf of the Foundation.
Child Safeguarding
Ensure physical and mental protection of minors. Never remain in unmonitored spaces with children, follow structured guidelines, and immediately report any signs of child discomfort or abuse.
Media Consent
No unauthorized photography, video recordings, or publications of local beneficiaries. Written community consent sheets must be filed before releasing any project visual documents online.
Confidentiality
Protect community records, internal software dashboards, and corporate donor details. Direct or indirect leak of internal audit records, field notes, or beneficiary data is strictly prohibited.

Formal volunteer appreciation documents, certificates, and work logs are issued strictly after approved participation and completion of tasks as per organization policy. Unauthorised or incomplete projects do not qualify for certification.
