Donation & Refund Policy

1. Donation Guidelines

All contributions to Fulminare Social Help Foundation (FSH Foundation India) are voluntary and utilized to support our verified rural programs in emergency health, smart education, animal welfare, livelihoods, and climate action. Donations are accepted in multiple currencies through our secure gateways (INR via local channels, and foreign currencies via FCRA-compliant gateways or SWIFT wire transfers).

2. Non-Refundable Contributions

As a registered non-profit organization complying with strict statutory guidelines, all donations are generally non-refundable. We do not issue cash refunds. Once a contribution has been successfully processed, it cannot be recalled or cancelled, except under the specific circumstances outlined in Section 3.

3. Technical Errors & Exceptions

We will review and process refund requests exclusively in cases of clear technical transaction errors, such as:

• Double transaction charges due to checkout delays or gateway communication errors.
• System-logged errors resulting in an incorrect transfer amount.

Requirement to File: Any request for a technical refund must be sent in writing to finance@fshfoundation.org within 7 business days of the transaction date. The email must include the donor's name, PAN card (for Indian citizens), payment mode, exact timestamp, transaction reference ID, and payment logs (screenshot or bank statement).

4. Tax Certificates (80G Compliance)

• Indian Taxpayers: Donations processed via our INR gateway are eligible for 80G tax exemption benefits. A valid PAN number must be provided at checkout. Tax receipts are issued automatically via email within 48 hours of donation clearance. Consolidated Form 10BE certificates are filed annually with the Income Tax Department in accordance with statutory guidelines.
• International Taxpayers: Donors supporting us worldwide receive standard wire confirmations. Please note that Fulminare Global USA's IRS recognition status is currently pending application review.
