Formal certificates of completion are issued strictly upon satisfying the approved selection requirements, maintaining required attendance logs, completing all assigned scoping metrics, and final validation by the regional supervisor.

Students currently enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, or diploma programs, as well as recent graduates, freshers, and young professionals passionate about social impact, are eligible. High school students (above 16) with parent/institution consent can also apply.

We offer tracks in Content & Social Media, Software/EdTech Development, Community Research, Event Coordination, and Fundraising Support. Internship durations range from 2 weeks (short-term) to 8, 12, or 24 weeks depending on institutional curriculum requirements.

Yes, an official Internship Completion Certificate is provided to all interns upon successful completion of the tenure and project deliverables. Top-performing interns demonstrating exceptional dedication are also eligible for a performance-based Letter of Recommendation (LOR).

Most student internships are learning-focused and unpaid. However, stipend-based roles are offered for select specialized tech and research positions. For field-based operations, pre-approved travel and out-of-pocket expenses are fully reimbursed.

If your internship is part of a mandatory academic requirement or course credit, a College NOC or reference letter is required. Independent applicants and recent graduates do not need an NOC and can apply directly with a valid Government ID.

Applications are screened sequentially by our HR and project coordinators based on your background and profile fit. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a short virtual interview within 7 to 10 working days after submission.
